All items are returnable
with the exception of personalized items for 15 days from
purchase.
We are not responsible for postage or courier fees. We also
charge a restocking fee of 10% unless it is an exchange.
Please be sure to measure correctly it will save time and money.
Please return in orginal envelope 12 in. by 9 in. if possible and send it in regular mail as an oversize letter and tape down the buckles.
